30 hours per week: We believe in quality of life before business. We focus on balancing work and personal life (hobbies, sports, relationships, training, etc.), so we work efficiently only 30 hours a week. Our permanent contract includes hours from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM (with some flexibility if needed).

Remote first: We work fully remote and have learned to do it well over the past few years. However, if you like working outside your home, we have a beautiful office in the center of Trento available to you, just a few steps from main public transport links.

Training team: We offer everyone €1200 a year to use for training (courses, events, books, etc.). You’ll also have access to a dedicated training team, ready to provide you with useful tools and support.

Full-time pay: We offer compensation aligned with full-time roles, even though we work only 30 hours. We propose a gross annual salary (RAL) based on your experience level, supplementary health insurance, and potential benefits to be defined after we get to know each other.
