VISION-Recruiter
Research and Development Project funded by the Autonomous Province of Trento
VISION-Recruiter is a Research and Development project aimed at creating an innovative platform based on Artificial Intelligence to support the personnel selection process.
The project integrates next-generation language models (LLM), Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques, multimodal analysis of verbal and non-verbal behaviour, and intelligent video-interview tools, with the aim of developing new technologies to support recruiters and organisations.
The initiative is jointly developed by Starfinder S.r.l. and Zupit S.p.A., in collaboration with research and development partners, and includes industrial research, experimental development, technology integration and validation with real users. The project plan is structured in six Operational Objectives (OR), from architecture definition to field testing.
Funding
- The project is funded by the Autonomous Province of Trento under Provincial Law 6/2023, article 19, measure Aid to finance Industrial Research, Experimental Development and Feasibility Studies.
