send your applicationWe are looking for an experienced and passionate Tech Lead to guide and support the growth of our agile development teams. At Zupit, the Tech Lead plays a key role in achieving the goal of creating excellent products in terms of quality and technical solidity. The Tech Lead is tasked with supporting the team in technological decisions, ensuring technical quality standards, caring for the team's productivity, and actively contributing both to the preliminary analysis phase and the preparation of development sprints. In the medium term, the Tech Lead directs and supports the team's growth and improvement in hard skills.
Our teams are stable and divided by technologies. We mainly work with .NET, Java, Python, and Node for the back end and Angular, Vue, and React for the front end. For mobile development, we lean on tools like Flutter and MAUI.

Examples of what you will do at Zupit:
- Support the team in technological decisions and guide project architecture
- Maximize team productivity by fostering a collaborative and stimulating work environment
- Ensure the technical quality of code and outputs through testing practices, code reviews, and mentorship
- Collaborate on planning and support the PO and sales team, acting as a technical consultant during pre-sales and strategic definition moments
- Drive and promote the technical training of the team, ensuring continuous growth in hard skills
- Interact with various stakeholders, maintaining high professional standards and facilitating effective communication
